Much colder with drizzle today

Much colder air pushed into North Texas. This cold air will stick around through the day. In addition, a strong northwest wind will make it feel even colder with wind chills down in the low 30s and upper 20s. Dress warm as you head out the door!

Along with the cold air, drizzle will be in place this morning across DFW, making for wet roads. This drizzle should taper off by mid-morning. The clouds will hang around until midday before becoming sunny this afternoon.

The sky will clear out tonight, which will set the stage for a freeze Tuesday morning. Remember to protect your pipes, pets and plants.

The rest of the week looks quiet with a decent amount of sun. If you have travel plans the weekend before Christmas, the weather is looking good!
