One person injured in drive-by shooting in southeast Oak Cliff

One person was injured Wednesday night in a drive-by shooting in southeast Oak Cliff, police say.

Officers were called about 8:30 p.m. to a shooting call in the 3000 block of Morgan Drive, near South El Centro Way and Texans Can Academy Dallas Grant East.

A female who had been shot was taken to a local hospital. Her condition and age were not available Wednesday night.

Police did not provide additional details about the shooting.
