Police were called to a report of a disturbance at the mall in the 4800 block of Overton Ridge Boulevard just before 8:45 p.m.

The woman told officers she was riding an escalator in Dillard’s when she felt a man behind her touch her leg. When she looked back, she saw that he was holding a cellphone under her skirt, she said.

Police arrested Weldon R. Howard, 24, of Fort Worth on a charge of invasive visual recording, a state jail felony.

Howard was being held at the Tarrant County jail Friday, with bail set at $750. He has no apparent previous criminal history
