Missing 71-year-old man was last seen walking in central Oak Cliff, police say

Dallas police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing 71-year-old man last seen in central Oak Cliff.

Ramiro Ybarra was last seen about 9 a.m. Saturday walking in the 1700 block of Engle Avenue, near Rugged Drive and West Illinois Avenue.

He is described by police as a bald white man with brown eyes. He was last seen in a black beanie, a blue jacket, blue pants, combat boots and wore a key on a string around his neck. He is about 5-5 and weighs 135 pounds, police said.

Ybarra may be disoriented and need help, police said.
