2 people killed, 3 others left hospitalized in multiple-car crash in Frisco

Frisco police are investigating after a multiple-car crash Saturday left two people dead and three others hospitalized.

Police said the crash happened about 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of FM423 and Del Webb Boulevard, near Lewisville Lake.

The accident involved a Lexus SUV, a Dodge sedan and an Infiniti sedan, police said.

Jacquelyn Buhler, 76, and Clarence Buhler, 79, of Frisco were in the Lexus and pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the Dodge and the driver and a passenger in the Infiniti were taken to a hospital, police said.

A preliminary investigation conducted by police suggests that speed may have been a factor in the crash. No criminal charges have been filed.
