Dallas 911 call center experiencing technical issues with T-Mobile network, police say

Dallas police said Sunday evening that T-Mobile customers may not be able to reach the city of Dallas 911 call center due to technical issues with the cell phone provider network.

T-Mobile customers who may be experiencing issues can call 214-744-4444 to reach 911 operators. A spokesman for the police department said it’s unclear how long the issue may persist.

Police said they are working with T-Mobile and the city’s communication and information systems to resolve the problem.
