Harris County Pct. 4 deputy constable rescues kitten thrown onto highway

If you were on the North Sam Houston Parkway, you might have spotted something that did not belong in the middle of the road.

On Tuesday, Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office shared a post on Facebook of a deputy who responded to the North Sam Houston Parkway after reports of a driver throwing a kitten onto the main lanes.

Precinct 4’s office said a lieutenant was able to find the kitten, who was on the main lanes of the highway.

Since its rescue, the furry kitten is in great hands and deputies are working on finding it a home, according to Precinct 4’s office.
