Mr Mahmood told participants that workers of other political parties were joining the ruling PTI in droves proving that the people have full confidence in the government and its policies.

Bashing the opposition parties over ‘unjust’ movement against the government, he said some jobless political people of the Pakistan Democratic Movement gathered in his hometown last week but miserably failed to get the attention of the people.

He said the message of the PTI and its leader, Imran Khan, for change had reached the people and that there was no space for the political groups, who only deceived the people and looted resources for personal gains.

The chief minister said the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan had put the country on the path of rapid development, stabilised economy and increased growth rate to more than four per cent.

He said his government was working to introduce the Education Card along the lines of Sehat Card to ensure the provision of quality education to the children of the poor people.

“We are planning to introduce the Ration Card scheme for the deserving families,” he said adding that the government will also launch the Kissan Cards launched to provide seeds, pesticides and fertilisers to farmers at concessional rates.
