Missing 74-year-old man last seen in Red Bird may be in need of help

Dallas police are asking the public for help finding a 74-year-old man who was last seen in Red Bird.

Ralph Bardere was last seen about noon Sunday on Los Alamitos Street in Dallas, police said.

He is described by police as a Black man with no hair and brown eyes, 5-foot-11 and weighing about 250 pounds. Bardere was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and khaki shorts, police said.

Police said he may be confused and in need of help.
