Relative arrested after 34-year-old woman found dead in Cedar Hill home

A man was arrested on a murder charge early Sunday in connection with the death of a woman who was found inside a Cedar Hill home, police say.

Responding officers found the 34-year-old woman’s body about 2 a.m. in the 1000 block or Fieldstone Drive, near Pleasant Run and Joe Wilson roads.

The man, John Clark, 60, was discovered lying near the back door. Police said he was uninjured.

The woman’s name was not released, but investigators said she was related to Clark.
