Police looking for suspect in shooting that wounded 2 men in northwest Dallas

Police are searching for a suspect wanted in connection with a shooting that wounded two men Saturday in northwest Dallas.

Police were dispatched about 3:25 p.m. to the 2900 block of Royal Lane, near Webb Chapel Road and Harry Hines Boulevard, where they found two 31-year-old men with gunshot wounds.

The men were taken to a hospital in stable condition.

The suspect opened fire after getting into an argument with the men, police said. He drove off after the shooting in a gray four-door sedan that’s possibly a Hyundai, police said.

He was described as between 25 and 30 years old, about 5-9 with a medium build.
