78-year-old man last seen in west Oak Cliff is found, Dallas police say

A man who Dallas police asked the public to help find this week was found safe, accoridng to authorities.

Billy McCoy, 78, was last seen on foot in the 2900 block of Duncanville Road about 10 a.m. He uses a walker and may need assistance, police said. Authorities said early Wednesday he was found safe.

McCoy is described as a white man, 5-foot-8 and weighing about 155 pounds. He has blue eyes, blonde or gray hair and a white beard, police said. There was no description of what clothes he may be wearing.
