“Hamilton” is returning to Dallas – here’s how to secure tickets

Hamilton is making its return to Dallas, and if you want to experience the magic, now is the time to secure tickets.

Single tickets for the tour of the Tony Award-winning musical, presented in collaboration with producer Jeffrey Seller, Broadway Dallas, and Broadway Across America as part of Broadway Dallas’ Germania Insurance Broadway Series, became available to the public on Feb. 8. The show will run from May 8 to June 9 at the Winspear Opera House in the Dallas Arts District.

This marks the third time a national tour of Hamilton has visited Dallas, previously stopping at the Music Hall at Fair Park in 2019 and 2021. This rendition of the cultural phenomenon promises audiences a more intimate experience as the Winspear Opera House seats 2,200 people compared to the Music Hall’s capacity of 3,420.

Tickets can be purchased at BroadwayDallas.org or by calling 800-982-2787. There is a maximum purchase limit of eight tickets per account for the engagement. Prices will range from $39 to $189, with a select number of premium seats available from $199 for all performances. Additionally, there will be a lottery for 40 $10 seats for all performances, with details to be announced closer to the engagement.

The show’s producers and presenters are urging audiences to only purchase tickets through Broadway Dallas.

“It’s tempting to get tickets any way you can. There are many sites and people who are selling overpriced, and in some cases, fraudulent tickets. For the best seats, the best prices and to eliminate the risk of counterfeit tickets, all purchases for the Dallas engagement should be made through BroadwayDallas.org,” Seller emphasized.

Hamilton, a revolutionary tale of passion, ambition, and the birth of a new nation, follows the rise of Founding Father Alexander Hamilton as he strives for honor, love, and a legacy that would shape the course of history.

Based on Ron Chernow’s celebrated biography and set to a score blending hip-hop, jazz, R&B, and Broadway, Hamilton has left an indelible mark on culture, politics, and education. In addition to its 11 Tony Awards, the musical has garnered Grammy and Olivier Awards, the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, and an unprecedented special citation from the Kennedy Center Honors.

Hamilton features book, music, and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, direction by Thomas Kail, choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler, and musical supervision and orchestrations by Alex Lacamoire.

Produced by Jeffrey Seller, Sander Jacobs, Jill Furman, and The Public Theater, the musical boasts scenic design by David Korins, costume design by Paul Tazewell, lighting design by Howell Binkley, sound design by Nevin Steinberg, and hair and wig design by Charles G. LaPointe, with casting by Telsey + Company, Bethany Knox, CSA.
