Armed suspect arrested after man found fatally shot in southwest Houston, HPD says

The Houston Police Department has reported that six individuals were taken into custody after a man was fatally shot on Saturday.

The incident occurred around 4:08 p.m. at 11099 Briar Forest Drive.

Upon arrival, authorities found the victim deceased.

Two out of the six individuals detained have been released. Further details about the ongoing investigation are currently limited.
