Motorcyclist killed in 3-vehicle crash on I-45 at Parker Road in north Houston, HPD says

The Houston Police Department is currently investigating a fatal collision involving a motorcycle and two cars that occurred in the early hours of Saturday in north Houston.

The incident was initially reported by Houston Transtar at 12:33 a.m. and took place on the North Freeway at Parker Road.

According to authorities, the motorcyclist was traveling northbound on the highway when they lost control of their vehicle and rear-ended the second car. Tragically, the motorcyclist succumbed to their injuries at the scene of the accident.

Additionally, the third vehicle involved in the incident struck debris from the collision, as stated by police.

Despite wearing a helmet, the motorcyclist’s helmet was dislodged following the impact, according to HPD.

Fortunately, there were no reported injuries from the crash.
