Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson’s eldest daughter Princess Beatrice surprised fans as she represented the royal family at a mental health event, seemingly paying a special tribute to Kate Middleton who’s recuperating at home after surgery.
Beatrice, 35, stepped out day after joining the royal family at a memorial service, with the princess described as being “back in the fold”.
Princess Eugenie’s younger sister marked Student Mental Health Week by meeting students and discussing mental health.
The event was a partnership between Chegg and UK charities Student Minds, the Mental Health Foundation and Big Change.
In a photo, shared by Chegg official, Beatrice is seen chatting with fellow students and mental health advocates, looking gorgeous in black dress. She co-founded Big Change, which aims to transform education and learning so all young people can thrive.
Beatrice move seems to be a tribute to Kate who is a huge advocate of the mental health and wellbeing of children.
This visit came the day after Beatrice attended the memorial service for King Constantine of Greece, alongside her parents and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.
The mental health and wellbeing of children has always been a top priority for princess Kate, who recently launched a new online portal which aims to provide comprehensive advice and ideas to teachers and staff. Mentally Healthy Schools is the latest initiative from the Heads Together campaign, launched by Kate and William in 2016.
