Tyler Cameron ‘never say never’ to be in ‘The Bachelor’

Tyler Cameron, 31-year-old reality star gained notoriety in 2019 after finishing second in Hannah Brown’s season of The Bachelorette. He has now disclosed the number of times he has been asked to appear in The Bachelor.

Andy Cohen, the host of Watch What Happens Live on Thursday, April 18, questioned Cameron about the number of times ABC has asked him to be the lead on the dating programme.

“Probably about four, five times,” he confessed.

He did, however, imply that it was not something he had on his bucket list.

“I’ll never say never,” he added. “My theory in life is to tell the greatest story you can tell. Maybe one day down the road it could be a cool story but not right now.”

In the end, Brown awarded Jed Wyatt her last rose at The Bachelorette’s season 15 finale. In December, Cameron confessed on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast and recently opened up about his feelings over being rejected.

“I was very upset. I definitely cried a little bit, got a 12-pack of beer, sat in the bathtub for two hours, put on some Juice WRLD and cried and got over it.”

Afterwards, after learning that Wyatt had supposedly had a girlfriend while appearing on the show, Brown called off her engagement to him.

During the After the Final Rose special, she made a formal approach to Cameron. Early in August 2019, the ex-couple had time together at her Los Angeles residence; later, during the 2020 pandemic, they were placed in quarantine together.

They got back together during his mother Andrea’s burial in March 2020, after she passed away at the age of 55 from a brain aneurysm. Their reconnection was “too soon” following his loss, even though he had intended to pursue something romantic.
