Meghan Markle resented by UK public for her treatment of late Queen

Meghan Markle is reportedly steering clear from accompanying Prince Harry to the UK in the coming week over fears of being booed.

In a weekly royal round up with TalkTV, royal commentator Kinsey Schofield confirmed the presumption about the Duchess of Sussex receiving negative treatment from Britons.

Noting her consistent plummet in the rating polls, she explained that anger of the public for Meghan stems from her alleged bad treatment of the late Queen.

“She was so disrespectful to the Queen and Prince Philip. I don’t think it’s exaggerating to say that Harry and Meghan’s actions contributed to the decline of the [late monarch’s] health towards the end of their life.”

Kinsey also recalled the Sussexes pushing back on Philip’s declining health, accusing the royal family of “trying to tear down their interview with Oprah Winfrey” in 2021.

It comes as Harry prepares to fly to his homeland to attend St Paul’s Cathedral service to mark 10 years of The Invictus Games on May 8.

Neither Meghan nor their children are expected to accompany the prince. Moreover, the royal family has also turned down an invitation to the event.
