Partial apartment collapse displaces 31 people in Lower Greenville; no injuries

The roof of an apartment building in Lower Greenville partially collapsed Sunday afternoon, displacing 31 people. The incident was reported about 3:30 p.m. on Marquita Avenue and Matilda Street.
