Grand Prairie will get $200,000 settlement from plastics company over massive fire

A plastics manufacturer will pay Grand Prairie $200,000 to help with expenses related to a massive industrial fire at its plant in 2020. Fire broke out at Poly-America in August 2020, burning for 23 hours before firefighters from Grand Prairie and surrounding cities managed to extinguish it.
