McKinney and Collin County continue to see more residents testing positive for the coronavirus and experiencing serious effects from COVID-19, according to data from state dashboard, Collin County’s dashboard and the city’s McKinney-specific dashboard. Dallas County adds 337 coronavirus cases; Jenkins notes ‘upward trajectory’ even as testing is low
