Man arrested in Tennessee after fatally shoving teen out of moving car on Dallas freeway, authorities say

A man who authorities said killed a teenager in Dallas by shoving him out of a moving vehicle onto the Stemmons Corridor freeway, where he was hit by a tractor-trailer, has been apprehended in Tennessee.
