Man allegedly damaged Taco Bell employee’s car after being refused service

A 24-year-old Seabrook man is facing a criminal mischief charge after he allegedly damaged a Taco Bell employee’s vehicle when he was denied service due to the fast food joint closing.

Daniel Allen Barta was charged with criminal mischief June 12, according to a release from the Friendswood Police Department. Barta is accused of hitting an employee’s vehicle at the Taco Bell located at 209 E. Parkwood Avenue after he was denied service due to closing.
