A suspect in a capital murder case has been arrested in connection with a carjacking that occurred Thursday in Cypress, according to Harris County Precinct 5 Constable Ted Heap.

Justin Archangel, 22, was taken in by police Thursday afternoon on the 10600 block of Jones Road. He is the fourth of four suspects allegedly involved in the Cypress case, according to a Pct. 5 Facebook post.

Deputies were looking into the carjacking of a woman parked in front of her home on the 7800 block of Chatham Springs..

“People in Houston should be able to be safe in their own driveway,” Heap said in a Facebook post Friday morning.

Archangel was out on a $150,000 bond awaiting trial on a capital murder charge in the shooting death of Bruce Brown in December 2016.  His next court date is set for Oct. 29, 2019.
