Rain and storm chances return

Expect a lot more clouds around today along with breezy south winds. Rain and storm chances will increase across the region today and Friday. Isolated showers will be possible today, but stronger storms will be possible behind a cold front on Friday, along with breezy winds and falling temperatures.

An unsettled spring weather pattern will continue through the weekend and into next week as a series of fast-moving storm systems impact North Texas. This will bring low chances of showers and storms each day, but it won’t rain the whole time. There will be several dry hours each day. While the severe weather threat remains low, it’s not zero.
