HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — It’s a dry and mild start across SE Texas this morning, most locations around Houston are seeing morning lows around 70 degrees.
A weak front sliding through today won’t do much to break the afternoon heat, but it will lower humidity levels through the weekend, helping to make the upcoming 90 degree temperatures a bit more bearable. The drier air in place also means lower rain chances, just a 20% today for the I-10 corridor, with a 30% chance of rain for our coastal communities.
This weekend we will see temperatures climb back in to the 90s, kicking off a stretch of mostly dry and hot weather that will last well into next week.
