Man killed in early morning shooting in East Arlington

Arlington police are investigating an early morning shooting that killed a man in East Arlington.

Around 6:30 a.m. Thursday, police were called to the 600 block of Carter Drive. Witnesses told police a suspect vehicle left the scene after gunshots were heard.

When police arrived, they found a man who was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not been released.
