Grand Prairie police investigate shooting death of man at apartment complex

Grand Prairie police are looking for suspects in the fatal shooting of a 26-year-old man at an apartment complex early Saturday.

Police were called around 2 a.m. to the apartment complex in the 600 block of West Pioneer Parkway. Officers found Mario Cantarero lying on the ground near one of the buildings and gave him first aid.

Cantarero was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
