35-year-old man killed in downtown Dallas shooting, police say

Dallas police found a man who had been fatally shot in downtown Dallas early Sunday.

Officers were called about 5:20 a.m. to the 300 block of North Griffin Street, near Pacific Avenue, after someone reported there was an unresponsive man on the ground.

Police found 35-year-old Loc Phuoc Pham lying on the ground of a parking lot with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A spokeswoman said no suspect was in custody.
