HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — A cloudy weather disturbance will move away from Southeast Texas overnight, and that will cause the temperatures to drop near freezing. Patchy frost is expected to develop by sunrise, but it shouldn’t be as thick as the frost observed on Tuesday morning.
