An 18-year-old man has been arrested in the overnight shooting death of another man at a North Dallas apartment complex, Dallas police said.
Police said officers responded about 1:38 a.m. Saturday to a shooting call at the Canyon Creek Apartments in the 10900 block of Stone Canyon Road, near Royal Lane and North Central Expressway. In an apartment, they found Tommy Elijah Gouge, 20, dead from a gunshot wound to the face.

Timothy Kaylon Valdez, 18, was arrested on a charge of murder, police said. Bail had not been set.
