2 people killed, 3 others hospitalized after multiple-car crash in Frisco

Frisco police are investigating after a multiple-car crash Saturday left two people dead and hospitalized three others.

Police said the crash happened at around 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of Farm to Market Road 423 and Del Webb Boulevard, near Lewisville Lake.

The accident involved a Lexus SUV, a Dodge sedan and an Infiniti sedan, police said.

The driver and a passenger in the Lexus were pronounced dead at the scene. Their names will not be released until their next of kin are notified, police said.

The driver of the Dodge and the driver and a passenger in the Infiniti were taken to a local hospital, police said.

No other information about the incident was made available. The cause of the accident is still being investigated, police said.
