Several more days of rain

Keep the umbrella handy. Additional showers and occasional non-severe thunderstorms will continue at least through Tuesday.

The best chance of heavy rain and thunderstorms will be during the day on Monday. Severe weather is not expected, but minor flooding could be a concern. Also, a few tropical funnels cannot be ruled out Monday.

Scattered showers will taper off on Wednesday. Thursday looks warm and dry. But additional rain chances will return late Friday, as Gulf moisture continues to stream northward.
