HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — Two men are in critical condition after a shooting in southwest Houston on Saturday evening, police said.

According to officials from the Houston Police Department, the shooting occurred in the 7800 block of Westheimer Road.
The cause of the shooting was initially unknown.
Officials have yet to provide information on the shooter.
Police said the two men were transported to the hospital by the Houston Fire Department.
