Man found dead in northeast Dallas apartment, police say

A man was found dead Friday afternoon in northeast Dallas, police said.

Officers were called around 2:30 p.m. to an apartment in the 6000 block of Abrams Road, near East Northwest Highway, and found a man who had been struck in the head, police said.

Police did not identify the victim, and it was unclear when he died.

No arrests have been made. Police did not release any additional information.
