Man found fatally shot inside car in west Oak Cliff, Dallas police say

A man was found fatally shot inside a car in west Oak Cliff on Saturday evening, Dallas police say.

Just after 5:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 800 block of North Westmoreland Road, near West Davis Street, where they found a man with a gunshot wound in a car.

The man, whose identity was not released, died at a hospital, police said.

No additional information about what led to the shooting or possible suspects was immediately available.
