On Saturday night, Fort Worth Police encountered an intoxicated driver who refused to stop for authorities.
Fort Worth PD reported that officers initiated a stop for a driver at the intersection of University Dr. and Bailey Ave. However, when the driver disregarded the signal to stop, a traffic pursuit ensued.
During the pursuit, the driver collided with two pedestrians and another vehicle before eventually being apprehended by officers. The driver was arrested, and the injured pedestrians were transported to a nearby hospital for medical attention, as per Fort Worth PD.
