1 hospitalized after truck driver slams into brick wall of Stellar Bank in Crosby, officials say

In northeast Harris County on Wednesday morning, a truck collided with a bank, resulting in one person being hospitalized.

The Crosby Volunteer Fire Department reported the incident on X, formerly Twitter, stating that a Ford F250 struck the Stellar Bank’s brick wall in the 14100 block of FM 2100. Emergency services from HCESD 5 EMS were also on the scene, and Baytown Fire Technical Rescue was requested to assist with shoring up the building’s integrity.

Firefighters confirmed that all occupants were safely evacuated from the bank, and one individual was transported to the hospital. The exact number of people present in the bank at the time of the accident and the severity of the hospitalized person’s injuries remain unclear.

Aerial footage from SkyEye captured the aftermath of the collision, showing officials beginning to board up the substantial hole in the building.
