Warming trend ahead

After a chilly start to Friday, more nice weather is on the way with plenty of sunshine and highs in the mid to upper 60s this afternoon.

The weekend will be even warmer, but at a cost of gusty south winds with afternoon highs in the 70s.

Monday will be another mild one, but with more clouds and continued breezy southerly winds. A cold front will move into North Texas late during the day Monday with a chance of showers. A higher chance of showers and thunderstorms will be found on Tuesday. Dry weather returns Wednesday.
