Man accused of fatally shooting woman in Lake Highlands, Dallas police say

A man was arrested Sunday after police said he fatally shot a woman in Lake Highlands.

Officers were called about 5:30 a.m. to the 9800 block of Audelia Road, near Walnut Hill Lane, where they found the wounded victim, 25-year-old Lachandra Renee Delce. She died at a hospital.

Police said Tayjoun Anquwan Kibble, 21, faces a murder charge in the case but have not provided details about what led to the shooting.
