Teen fatally shot on Christmas night in Fort Worth, police say

A teenage boy was fatally shot Christmas night in Fort Worth, police said.

Shortly before 11 p.m. Saturday, officers were dispatched to a shooting reported near the intersection of Yuma Drive and East Maddox Avenue in Fort Worth, according to police.

Officers found a teen with a gunshot wound at the location. The victim, whose identity has not been released, was taken to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead, police said.

No suspects have been arrested in connection to the incident, according to police, who are still investigating the shooting.
