‘Heavy’ police presence after stabbing in north Harris County

A man was arrested Saturday after he allegedly stabbed another man in north Harris County, police say.

The Harris County Constable Precinct 4 deputies were dispatched around 2:30 p.m. to the Pecan Square Apartment Complex on Ella Boulevard.
