Body found in water near White Rock Lake spillway, Dallas authorities say

A body was found in the water at White Rock Lake in Dallas on Friday afternoon. Someone on the trail around the lake spotted the body face-down in the water near the spillway about 4:30 p.m. and called 911, authorities said.
