Police: Missouri City teen reported missing may be victim of human trafficking

Officials with the Missouri City Police Department are asking for the public’s help locating a missing 17-year-old girl they fear could be a victim of human trafficking.

Skylar Wrench has been missing since June 12, 2019, according to a release from the Missouri City Police Department. She was possibly last seen July 1 in the Sunnyside/Southpark area of Houston at the Red Corner Store on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard

According to the release, Wrench is a habitual runaway and has runaway over ten times in the last two years. It is feared she is possibly being trafficked this time, the release stated.

Wrench is described as 6 foot in height, about 200 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes and a light complexion. She has scars on both knees from surgery, the release stated.
