Charter bus crashes along I-69 in Rosenberg

A charter bus was involved in a violent crash southwest of Houston early Thursday morning.

The crash happened in the northbound lanes of Interstate 69 at the exit ramp for Texas Highway 36 on the south side of Rosenberg. A photo of the bus shared by the Rosenberg Police Department on Twitter shows the front end of the vehicle smashed with a broken windshield.

It was not immediately clear if anyone was seriously injured. Police said the exit ramp for Texas Highway 36 from the northbound lanes of I-69 is closed as they investigate the crash.
