1 critically wounded in North Dallas shooting

One person was in critical condition after a shooting Tuesday afternoon in North Dallas, police said.

Officers were called about 1:10 p.m. to the 12800 block of Noel Road, south of Interstate 635 and east of the Dallas North Tollway, where one person shot another and fled the scene, a Dallas police spokesman said.

The victim was taken to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital, and the shooter remains at large, police said.
