Cold weather pattern ahead

In the wake of Wednesday’s cold front, clouds will linger across much of North Texas today with breezy north winds. Highs this afternoon will be in the 40s to near 50. Dry weather is expected through Saturday, but it will be chilly as high temperatures remain consistently in the 40s and 50s, which is below normal for this time of year.

The next storm system is expected to arrive Sunday with a chance of a cold rain, or perhaps a winter mix. The details of this storm system will likely change over the next few days so stay up to date with the latest forecasts.
