Cool weekend continues

The weekend will be breezy and unseasonably cool. Saturday afternoon’s high temperature was only 62. That’s 15 degrees below normal for this time of year. And much of North Texas never even got out of the 50s.

While some rain showers fell during the day, they were generally south of DFW, and we should stay dry the remainder of the weekend and most of next week.

Sunday will offer more sunshine and less wind, but it will still be cool with highs in the upper 60s.

Much of next week will be dry. A reinforcing shot of cool air arrives Tuesday, so below normal temperatures will continue. In fact, there could even be a touch of frost in some areas Tuesday night into Wednesday morning! The next chance of storms will hold off until Friday.
