Gunman at large after shooting during family dispute in west Oak Cliff, police say

A 33-year-old man was shot Saturday night at a home in west Oak Cliff, and Dallas police say his cousin is a suspect.

Officers were called shortly before 11 p.m. to a domestic disturbance inside a house in the 200 block of Mt. Lookout Street, near North Cockrell Hill Road and West Davis Street. The dispute between family members had escalated and the 33-year-old was shot outside the home.

The victim, whose name was not released, was taken to a hospital by another family member. His condition remains unknown.

The suspect, a 41-year-old man who has not been publicly identified, fled in a car and remains at large, police said.
