Dallas police ask for public’s help finding 21-year-old man missing since Tuesday

Dallas police are asking for the public’s help finding a 21-year-old man who was last seen Tuesday in the Buckner Terrace neighborhood.

Javier Ruiz Martinez’ last known location was in the 4600 block of St. Francis Avenue, police said. They said he was last seen around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. Police said he may be confused and in need of help.

Martinez is described as 5-5 and about 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen in a black hoodie, blue jeans and sandals.
